Rebellions and Giga Computing Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of GIGABYTE and a leader in accelerated computing and infrastructure solutions, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at Computex 2026 in Taipei, establishing a framework for strategic collaboration in AI infrastructure.

Under the MOU, the two companies will jointly develop next-generation AI server and rack-scale solutions based on Rebellions’ RebelCard™ — a module-type card built on the Rebel 100 NPU, designed to deliver GPU-class performance with superior power efficiency for large-scale AI data centers.

The partnership brings together Rebellions’ AI chip technology and Giga Computing’s server platform expertise and global infrastructure network. By integrating RebelCard™ into Giga Computing’s server and infrastructure systems, the collaboration aims to offer a full-stack AI infrastructure alternative that is both compute-efficient and deployable across diverse markets. A primary focus will be sovereign AI, where demand for independent, regionally controlled AI infrastructure continues to grow.

“As AI infrastructure scales globally, delivering full-stack solutions — from chip to system — becomes critical,” says Marshall Choy, Chief Business Officer of Rebellions. “Through this partnership with Giga Computing, we aim to set a new standard for what next-generation AI data center infrastructure should look like.”

“At Giga Computing, our mission is to bring AI deployments of any scale to reality. By partnering with Rebellions, we combine our server platform expertise with world-class technology to deliver infrastructure that is powerful, efficient, and ready for the sovereign AI era.” said Vincent Wang, Chief Commercial Officer of Giga Computing.
